I asked Siti to cover 5 rooms in 3 hours but she managed to get at least 4 rooms done. I think I will need to order more hours next session. But I think she done not bad for such a short amount of time.

I didn’t have cleaning stuff which I was supposed to provide and I didn’t realise, but the cleaner agree to take some money to go out and buy the cleaning tools for me … but charge under the timing. I didn’t know can just order cleaning tools on the app and missed that out, but ok good cleaning cause everything was done and still on time. Will use again.

I think the app is great, but I think you can make the rescheduling of appointments more intuitive. I think the function to call the cleaner is great cause sometimes we need to reschedule last min and change the date
