Cleaners reserve the right to reject to perform any cleaning tasks that they deem it's a life and health risk. E.g. cleaning of an object or area at a high location and requires climbing.
Above pricing have included transportation fee, except to remote areas.

Housekeepers will give their best effort to complete the tasks on time. They reserve the right to reject to perform any tasks that they deem it is a life and health risk.
Our network of home cleaners covers all of Singapore. Appointments made through our platform, takes on average one working day to match the proposed cleaning appointment with a suitable cleaner. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Meanwhile, we will start the matching process to domestic helper for you. Upon successful matching, you will receive a booking success confirmation email. If no matching can be made, you will receive an email stating your unsuccessful application before the service, while the authorized payment will be refunded to your account.
Please be advised that we will be available to hear from you any time between Monday to Sunday 9 am to 6pm.
You may experience peak seasons where it is hard to seek cleaners. During such seasons we recommend for you.
All of our cleaners on the platform are Singaporean or Singapore PR with over 10 years of experience as home makers. The are experienced in dealing with the cleaning challenges of each household.
We also encourage and promote our housekeepers to devote themselves to their preferred user. This is why we have included preference options to facilitate your selection of favourite professional on our mobile app. But do not be surprised if popular helpers are easily occupied, so make your booking in advance or in a fixed schedule. Your interest will be registered, we will prioritise your request and let you have details about your assigned professional prior to your appointment.
If you are going for a vacation and you are not able to use our service in the next couple of weeks, you are given the option to skip and appointment during your cleaning plan. This however does not apply to one-time cleaning services.
Something has come up? No worries, we're flexible. Feel free to reschedule your booking for free, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Once we received your request, we will follow up immediately. The change in the appointment timing should be agreed between you and the cleaner before the change in timing. You can contact your cleaner easily through the app.
If you have subscribed to our cleaning plans, you can either choose to reschedule only the next booking or to reschedule for all subsequent bookings. However, the new service time you request must be before or within the next 7 or 14 days of your original service time, depending on the terms of the plan. If you are looking to reschedule more than 7 or 14 days later, you might consider using our skip booking function instead.
Before you make any changes, please get the consent from cleaner, whether she is available or not to work upon your requested time so as to continue to keep her for all your subsequent services.
If you want to adjust the total length of the appointment go to the booking details and select Add Hours. You can then choose your new appointment length.
For subscription users, please ensure that you let us know if you want to apply this change in appointment length to all subsequent bookings or only apply to one booking.
Before you make the change, please get the consent from cleaner, whether she is available or not to work overtime.
What's the difference between one-time services and subscription plans?
With regards to subscriptions plans they are:
One Time Cleaning Session
This is up your preference. Some users give their keys to their housekeepers after trust is built while others prefer to be at home and watchful during the service.
The service fee will be charged at least 24 hours prior to the service and Lazy shall pay our helper after the home cleaning session. If you do not cancel the service within 24 hours before the start of the session, the you will be charged for the full session of the service. If you subscribed to a plan, the you may only cancel it after the package expires. Lazy does not accept cash payments.
Payments are processed and protected by Third-Party payment companies (Braintree/PayPal), all the information of user is strictly confidential.
We like to keep our positions covered, as we do for yours. We have covered 3rd party liability insurance and personal accident insurance for all our home cleaning services.
Most certainly. Change of cleaners are only available for weekly and bi-weekly cleaning packages. if you are not satisfied with the service of your existing part time maid, you may choose to have your cleaner replaced after the next cleaning session by selecting the change cleaner function inside the App. Replacement is subject to availability of cleaners. If no replacement cleaner takes your order 2 days before the order, your original cleaner will continue to show up. This process will continue until you are found a replacement.
The Lazy platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules to maintain a reliable and consistent experience and community not just for you but for our cleaners too.
While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking with short notice causes cleaners to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees apply when bookings are cancelled less than 2 hours before the service or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the service.

Whenever you place a booking, you are charged a prepayment for a service. The order you just made is then posted to our community of part time maids across Singapore. The pre-payment is held in escrow until the cleaner undertakes your order, shows up and completes the work. Only then will pre-payment be released from escrow and paid to the cleaner.
Most certainly. For one-time service order in the event a part time maid does not take your order, you will pre-payment will not be consumed and will be carried over to the next session until a cleaner is matched. If this is your first booking on a weekly or bi-weekly package and you have not been able to be successfully matched to a cleaner, you may request for a cancellation and a refund.
Most certainly, if you have placed an order and the cleaner has not showed up for the cleaning session, let us know as soon as possible. We will confirm this with the cleaner and then refund you in the absence of a cleaner dispute, no questions asked.

Yes, there is a minimum commitment of 12 cleaning sessions to be completed with 3 months for weekly commitments and 6 months for bi-weekly commitments. You can find out more about the commitment term at www.lazy.com.sg/home-cleaning
